The son of Faith Comes By Hearing founders Jerry and Anet Jackson, Morgan has been around oral peoples since boyhood. On Native American reservations, Morgan could be found eating the locals’ food, sleeping on the ground, and learning how language and culture are interconnected. As the Jackson family settled in Albuquerque and started the ministry, Morgan began working to equip churches with Audio Bibles. Early on, he formed key relationships that led to worldwide partnerships to record the Bible in every language.
Morgan is a gifted communicator who weaves powerful real-life stories from the field into his talks, sharing the need for God’s Word in audio. His enthusiasm and passion come through as he presents the crucial and urgent need for all people to have the opportunity to hear God’s Word in their own language.
His responsibilities include developing global partnerships with organizations, ministries, foundations, and supporters. He has traveled to more than 80 countries to share the vision of Faith Comes By Hearing with others. Morgan and his wife Mary, who often travels with him, have three grown children and six beautiful grandchildren.
Vision 2033: Faith Comes By Hearing’s vision is to partner with like-minded ministries to record Scripture in every language of the world by the year 2033, and make these recordings freely available by every means possible.
By God’s grace we will:
Record the New Testament or more in audio, and create at least one Gospel Film for 99% of people in their heart language.
Record 25 chapters or more in audio, and create at least one Gospel Film for the remaining 1% of people in their heart language.
Make these audio recordings and Gospel Films freely available - so that every person may have access to the Word of God in the language and format they can best use.
